My Process
1. Book a Discovery Call
When you’re ready to get started, book a discovery call with me.
2. Discovery Call
During our call, we’ll talk about your business: your goals, the issues you have with your analytics implementation, and how you feel about your current implementation.
3. Proposal
Before we begin the project, I will provide you with a proposal that details the project scope, deliverables, timeline, expectations, and fees.
4. Audit documentation
Now for the fun part! During this phase, I dig into your analytics implementation and account to find any issues that are blocking your team from realizing the full potential of your analytics investment. For each discovered issue, I’ll provide a prioritized list of recommended next steps.
5. Post-audit phone call
Finally, we’ll schedule an hour call to go over your audit and the proposed next steps. This is your time to ask any questions about my recommendations to improve your Google Analytics implementation .
